- How do I access Quality Control?
- Within your Toolkit order, click on the Quality Control tab at the top of the screen. You will be asked the upload your report and order documents.
- What do I need to upload?
- You must upload a PDF of your report. The report should be complete but does not have to be signed.
- Additionally, we recommend you provide PDFs of your Order Details, Letter of Engagement, and Purchase Contract for a more comprehensive check, but these are optional.
- The information you provide will be kept confidential.
- How long will QC take?
- Quality Control can take up to 3 business hours and is available from 4am-9pm PT daily.
- How is my report being checked?
- Our QC system checks your report for completeness, consistency, and areas that commonly cause revisions. Our experts have experience across thousands of appraisals.
- What happens when QC is finished?
- Once QC is complete, you will be notified by email. On the Quality Control tab, you will now see a list of potential issues (if any). If desired, you can export these potential issues as a PDF.
- You decide if and how to modify your report based on the listed issues. There is no need to directly respond to the feedback.
- How many times can I submit my report for Quality Control?
- You can upload a report for Quality Control once per Toolkit order. Should you need to re-upload your documents again, you can create a new Toolkit order and upload there.
- How much does Toolkit Quality Control cost?
- Quality Control is included in your Toolkit subscription during the Beta period. Final pricing will be determined at a later date.
