Rounding and Thresholds

Toolkit makes it easy to round your adjustments, so you can export the adjustment amounts you plan to use in your report, with consistent workfile documentation. You can round the whole grid at once or round features individually. You can also set thresholds for whether to include an adjustment.

1. From the Adjustments page, click the gear icon next to "Thresholds"
2. Set the rounding level you'd like to apply to all adjustments
3. If you want to set a rounding level by field, click "Add a custom rule"
4. Enter the Threshold you want for adjustments. Any adjustments lower than this number won't be applied to your adjustment tables
5. If you want to set a threshold by field, click "Add a custom rule"
6. Click "Save & Close"
7. To apply Rounding or Thresholds to the current order, change the switch for each

Once you've completed your adjustments and applied any appropriate Rounding and Threshold settings, your summary is ready to Export! If you would like to automatically apply the same Rounding and Threshold settings on future orders, you can save them as your "default".
