Summary
Toolkit allows you to quickly export data to ClickFORMS, speeding up the transition from adjustments to report completion. This integration quickly fills out your adjustments and cost approach, and adds supporting documentation to your workfile with just a few clicks!
Exporting to ClickFORMS
- After dialing in your depreciated cost analysis, Click Export on the top bar
- Click "ClickFORMS (.txt)"
- Choose whether you would like to merge data into an existing report or create a new report
- Choose your form type
- Click "Export"
Importing to ClickFORMS
- Open your report in ClickFORMS. Make sure that all of your comps have their address filled out appropriately
- With your report open in ClickFORMS, click "File"
- Click "Import From" and open the downloaded file from Toolkit
- Select ClickFORMS Text file and open the file downloaded from Toolkit
- In order to update the Net and Gross adjustment percentages, click into an adjustment cell for your comp. Then hit enter, which will tell ClickFORMS to calculate these numbers
- You've now completed your Depreciated Cost adjustments, Cost Approach, and added supporting documentation to your workfile!
- Note: Adjustments for any structures beyond the dwelling, basement, garage/carport, and porch/patio/deck will be aggregated and added to the first additional feature row in your report
