Summary

Toolkit allows you to quickly export data to Total, speeding up the transition from adjustments to report completion. This integration quickly fills out your adjustments and cost approach, and adds supporting documentation to your workfile with just a few clicks!

If you haven't signed up for the Total Store integration, you can do so on the Total Store Page (link at bottom of page)! The cost is $10 per month paid to Total/Alamode (CoreLogic).

An active Toolkit subscription is required to use this feature.

Exporting to Total

1. After dialing in your depreciated cost analysis, Click Export on the top bar
2. Click "Total (.tdcx)"
3. Choose your form type
4. Click "Export"

Importing to Total

1. With your report open in Total, double click the downloaded file from Toolkit and it will automatically open
2. From the Data Import screen, Click "Merge into currently open report"
3. Click "Keep the data in my open report..." or "Replace the data in my open report..."
4. Click "Import"
5. Congratulations! You've completed your Depreciated Cost adjustments, Cost Approach, and added supporting documentation to your workfile!
   • Note: Adjustments for any structures beyond the dwelling, basement, garage/carport, and porch/patio/deck will be aggregated and added to the first additional feature row in your report.
