Summary
When changes are made to the website, it’s sometimes possible that the computer doesn’t register those changes immediately due to caching.A hard refresh/reload is a way of clearing the browser’s cache for that page and forces it to reload the most recent version of that page. A hard refresh is a good first step to unexpected issues with Toolkit as we continue to work on and improve Toolkit and its features.
How to execute a Hard Refresh/Reload in Chrome:
Windows:
1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button .
2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Mac:
1. Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button .
2. Or, hold down ⌘ Command and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.
