• New Property Type Support
  • Toolkit now supports Multi-family and Manufactured homes!
  • When creating a new order, you'll see the updated options available. As you import comparables, you'll also be able to select the new property types!

• Rounding and Thresholds
  • You are now able to set adjustment Rounding and Threshold levels within Toolkit!
  • You can now ensure that your adjustments determined in Toolkit match the output for your report, account for similarities too small to be adjustments, and make sure that your export is workfile ready!

• Updated Cost Experience
  • We've now launched our updated Replacement Cost and Site Extraction pages! These pages will make it easier to run your Cost data and determine the subject site value
  • These pages help consolidate data where you need to and ensure the context needed for each step is available at your fingertips
• Summary Alerts
  • You will now be able to see whether each step in the Paired Cost approach has been completed right from the Summary page! When a step has not yet been completed, you will see an alert at the top indicating what actions to take to finish the process

• Improved Address Experience
  • When creating an order or updating a property, you will now be able to easily break the address out into Street, City, State, and Zip!
  • You will also have access to Google autofill to speed up your data entry and help with the Property Records address match
• Public Records
  • You can now access nationwide Public Record and Assessor data right within Toolkit! Click on the Public Records icon on the reference bar to open the record sheet for each comp and your subject

• Street View
  • Explore your subject and comparables' neighborhoods with Google Street View in the right Reference Bar! This allows for exploration of a neighborhood with Toolkit and provides a backup image for your Subject and Comparables if there are no available MLS photos
• Push Values to all columns
  • Increase your efficiency by copying subject data into your comparables! This allows for comparables to be annotated quickly, while still providing the flexibility to tweak cost annotations. When filling out your subject details on the "Run Cost Data" page, you'll see an arrow to push that subject value into the comparables

• fnma-2055 Form
  • Toolkit now supports the 2055 form! This allows for the same great Toolkit experience you have with a 1004 form, but with an uploaded XML from your 2055 report
