Summary

Aloft Toolkit uses MLS data in order to provide Reference material for your Subject and Comparable properties, as well as to import data for the Sales Comparison Approach.  If you work across multiple MLSes, Toolkit supports multiple within your account. This guide will show you how to add a new MLS to your profile for use in future orders.

Adding an MLS

1. Click on the Account icon and select "Profile"
2. Click "MLS Information"
3. Click "Add MLS"
4. Search for your MLS in the Dropdown
   1. If your MLS isn't listed, then Toolkit doesn't support imports from that service yet. You can still use the full power of the Depreciated Cost Approach
5. Click "Add"

Now that you've added your MLS, you will see the option listed when updating an MLS Listing ID in Toolkit.
